Original title: Acer Iconia W500: Bluetooth problemAcer Iconia W500: Bluetooth cannot be turned on and no indication that it is off either. Under Device Manager it says Windows has stopped the Generic Bluetooth Adapter because it has reported problems. I tried to download the hotfix and theextracted file: Windows6.1-KB982046-x86. Tried to run it and got message that update is not apllicable to my computer.

I then tried to run Microsoft Fix it Online with no success. Any help appreciated.
